U3 was never a duster. Don't know how many times it's been stated. The disappointment was, it wasn't a spectacular either. It's becoming clearer and clearer it's economic and also it's value in terms of knowledge acquired. While there are posters on HC who are here to convince otherwise, there's no need to give them any credit for the perception of the market - they reflected a general market misconception rather than created it. No one here has any real influence on the SP, let's face it. :) the company seems to have played this one pretty close to it's chest and continues to do so - I am guessing there are larger factors at play along corporate lines that may explain this one day.
