Errr, really? It's exactly what I was expecting to be honest.

Part of it is because of the lower margins received from smart phones (as described in the half year), but the outlook statement makes it sounds like a lot of their expansion costs will start paying off.

I haven't read the report in full, but it seems to be travelling as management have stated.
