    With shares for sale at $.019 and a seller with 1 million at $.021 it's very hard to be optimistic. They will need more cash to finish the plant even though last year they said they wouldn't need another capital raising. Do they have lots of LOTTO entries?
    If they actually got something done maybe people wouldn't complain about the salary MT is receiving.
