I too agree that the age of entitlement should wind down. Labor did some of it with the means testing of some welfare, capping health insurance rebates and aligning rises with CPI, trying to cut the car FBT rort, reducing the tax concessions to the rich etc etc etc. But as Hockey said, you can't do too much too early or you will detract from the recovery (contrary to what he said in opposition).
A true chance of reforming our budget was lost with the lies and deceit of the Liberal's election campaign. As Abbott said, you have to earn trust. Goodbye Abbott.
