technically interesting

Colleagues,

have held this since last year but recently the chart has gained my interest - see below (weekly, linear, Jan'13 - Today)

of particular interest is i) reduction in price volatility w/ time (relative to the price's high prior to each pullback) and ii) sharp reduction in volume over the last 4 weeks or so (or apart from one week, since March).

what is happening.. a lot less stocks are coming on to the market; profit taking from those that bought at lower levels has stopped and most selling activity has ceased at these levels.

now I am not saying the price will go up, but if any institutions join the party it will manifest as a decent rise in price due to the notable lack of supply. IF this happens within a few weeks I intend to substantially increase my holding on any form of strength displayed (= price rise on high volume).
