Your knowledge of economic geology is a bonus to the HC community which is great- o/wise some of your other observations are IMHO naive..
Coop is correct -in this game IMHO there is no IP as such so all you can do is focus on the track-record of the mgmt +a dash of luck+good networks and hope the principals dont stray too far from having principles at least to the extent of creating s/holder wealth within the bounds of the law
