recently the USA and some Eurpoean members imposed sanctions on russian individuals

Julie Bishop has upped it, lost the plot entirely, and is now sanctioning russian businesses, so its only expected that russia would rightly retaliate..

remember we are doing business in russia, so right now, julie is threatening my investment directly by going from individuals to targeting businesses direct!!

so now we have to wait and see what Russia will do, and usually they act really fast and often add a little more in retaliation..


Australia has piled fresh sanctions on Russian President Vladimir Putin's close circle of friends and allies over Moscow's continuing interference in neighbouring Ukraine.

Foreign Minister Julie Bishop announced on Wednesday that a further 38 people would be subject to asset freezes and travel bans, bringing the total to 50. And for the first time, the sanctions will also be applied to 11 Russian companies.
