Last time I was in Perth I had a brief talk with Adrian and Liza. We mentioned dividends and I got the impression that they will come when they can afford it, probably when they have a solid reliable recurring profit (my guess).

What would they need - they didn't say. However, after the CR there will be about 460 mil shares. At 1c each that would require a distributable profit of $4.6 mil. Of course they might start divs at a lower level such as 0.5c or even 0.1c. If they were to distribute 50% of profits then a 0.1c div would require a 0.2c per share profit, equals a bit over $900,000 regular profit. Not September 2014, probably not September 2015 (but maybe). My guess is divs starting about September 2016, but if hepafat or the fibrosis scan lead to a quick surge in profits it could be 2015.
