WPL are likely to peruse acquisitions in $1-$5b range. The word is Oilsearch for about $3.5b, so unless they are very poor tactitians, rule that one out as a smokescreen. Better to consider the likes of BPT, SXY or BRU while they are significantly undervalued IMO. WPL will probably also just focus on Browse in all likelihood.
