we have arbitration court's and also wage structure for each field of workers.
strikes are a last resort. as it brings other people into he frame that have no ability to resolve this isuue.
i feel people have the right to strike if the workers have a claim that is fair. and have excused all other ways to come to a deal.
the question 1) is it fair. 2 what affect does this have on the third party's that are not involved. in this case the companies meaning share holders and the country re lost revenue.
So all has to be fair. But no use taking a side till you have all the numbers in front of you.
and to strike in some cases is justified and in others not. and i speak with a great deal of knowledge on that, as a former union official in the metal workers union. for 20 years. but thing have changed in the last 20 years thank god.
