signet / cdb merger ?

I guess CDB and Signet Coking Coal are preparing a merger between the two companies if the Funding don't progress as they thought. This could be the reason why Mr Carl Swensson, Executive Director of Geology & Mr John Shanahan, Non Executive Director resigned.

CDB therefore hired Mr. Michael Leo Stafford as a Non-Executive Director.

So they have all in place to get into the Coal market.
