The idea that investors could have sold as the price tumbled towards 11 cents to fund their SPP buy in defies arithmetic. Most would incur selling losses well above the 17.5% discounted SPP price, with loses ranging upwards to ~95%.
There obviously are other reasons for selling at the current low prices, but not the above.
