The director sold his shares at$0,35 cents ish months ago.
The company foreshadowed the CR 8 weeks before it happened.
Had the company CR'd then it would have been at 30 cents thereby
only having to issue one third of the shares than what is needed now
There are still 133 mil shorts outstanding.
On the face of it if the sp goes down to close to the spp value and
if the shorts get out close to this low price, then IMO,some are likely to
believe that this company has been shorter friendly to say the least.
