Feeling the shale gas and oil story in the USA maybe rolling over already adding pressure on potential energy price spikes for natural gas and oil in the future and sure Japan are fully aware that they possible need to get off that train pretty fast and onto something different like uranium.
Pure speculation and it is all big picture stuff.
