    If they issue 11M SYR shares to CSE shareholders that is not in the interest of SYR shareholders, because CSE is trading at, as you say, a 30% discount. ie SYR are effectively paying 30% above the SP.

    Then there are the costs associated with actioning the TKO, ie legal, tax fees etc and the time involved...SYR mgt should be focussed solely on getting Balama going. There is no point in SYR doing anything with CSE in relation to its holding...they need to act in SYR shareholder interests, not CSE shareholders.

    Yes, yes I know, most CSE shareholders are also SYR sharheolders, I am in this situation myself, but in the end thats irrelevant in legislation...all you would need is one SYR non-CSE shareholder to kick up a stink about it.

    And again, in the end there really is no point...CSE will eventually reflect the SYR value, and if it doesn't fully, well we'll be getting a darn big dividend yield when the cashflow starts.
