Interesting read from Kohler.
The standout for me refers to the joke that passes for a market regulator in the form of the Australian Securities Exchange.
ASX = joke.
Keen investors see daily the manipulation of SP by HFTs.
Will the ASX do anything about it? No, because they make money from allowing and encouraging it to operate to the detriment of the vast majority of Australians.
The ASX should be stripped of all regulatory powers immediately to help restore credibility and help rebalance the market for all investors.
