Very roughly the first 3 days of the pricing period have finished with a VWAP of 11, 12, an 13 cents respectively. If today and tomorrow finish with a VWAP of 15 and 17, and I am erring on the high side then the 5 day average is 13.6 cents and the shares will be issued at a 17.5 % discount to that i.e. 11.2 cents.
