Fair enough.... but they could have panicked and raised at 16c... Or if the well was unsuccessful then the price could go well below 10c to perhaps 5c region... so in that case today's price is high relatively.

But sure price is not high to the prevailing avg of around 22c over the last 3 months... recent drop to 16c may have spooked them and the red day on Friday did not look bullish.

So lets talk about the cap raise price .. .they will have to offer a discount to the prevailing Vwap to attract sofi's...I'm thinking cap raise price below 20c probably in the 18-19c region but could be around 16c.
