HFR's Potash is very poor quality. Recovery rate of 84.6%.
The Canadians use a general cut-off rule of 10% maximum impurities. Anything more than that is treated as junk.
ELM's recovery rates are 96.5% and 95.1% and is regarded as the finest ore in the world.
Given ELM's very low operating costs, their CAPEX numbers will be significantly reduced through infrastructure carve out deals.
I find HFR's CAPEX figures highly questionable.
