The fact is that the ILUA is outside of the mesa area where all the coal is,and the traditional owners were never ever going to grant one over that area,which is why no other companies bothered to try,as an ILUA that doesnt include the mesa is worthless as that is where any value is,and no one will ever be allowed to exploit it,as it is culturally sensative area.And who knows,at the next state election if their is a change of Govt,they may decide again to try to declare the whole area a national park again.No,MNM paid a million bucks to get a greenfeilds project,with an ILUA over an area that may or may not contain coal.And just the fact that they paid the cash straight to calcifer,instead of into a trust account,thereby allowing calcifer to refuse to transfer the worthless tenements just illustrates yet again managements ineptness in making such a rookie error.Calcifer must have laughed their bloody heads off about that one.
