As for that last paragraph, that is laughable at best. Did you consider, before writing what you did, what could happen to us if they are forced in to legal action.??
Have we got a Legal Firm willing to be doing all of that and more for free, or will we be liable to pay their fees as incurred, until a Court Ruling will be issued/released.

The best solution IMO, and hope, is that they will accept what we have offered to them and walk away happy. For, if not, he mud could hit the fan in more than one way.

In case you don't know it, NO.... I am not happy with what is happening, and just wished that it never happened. But I don't live in fairy lands, nor do I want to paint a rosy picture when I haven't got the pink paint, nor the paint brush to do it either.
No do I want to drag some poor unsuspecting newbies into this thing, unlike others, until I will be happy myself.
