    Couldn't WEG just borrow 20 mill off someone like Prestige Glory and continue as is?

    They have until October to decide.

    Still a bit confused how they lost 20 million in this IO producing process?

    About the only thing that would have come from it all is a massive drop in the share price and others joining the registry...
