the control group are without the acl technology.
so if the control group have rapid progression and trial end point has still not occurred then this is a good sign
conversely if for some reason the control group are atypical and not progressed as expected the end point would occur if our group have progressed. since end point has not occurred then we are still in good shape.

lastly the test design is being managed by a reputable co.
