Disappointing.
No real news on NZ Assets.
Probably only sell 11 MHE units for the year - they are supposed to be aiming at selling double that per month !
The "old" business of the rentals and DMF seemed to be positive. Hopefully the supply issues get sorted out soon. Supposedly more acquisitions in the pipeline but if they cant get the development / sale process right then there will be a cap on the upside
Hopefully reinstatement of DRP means they are going to start ramping up the distribution
