IMHO
I have not checked your numbers but you have calculated the vwap correctly. You do not average the 5 days vwap as others have suggested but total over period.
There are some saying they spoke to the company and its closing prices??? IMO not what the Ann says but lyc is consistent in always doing the unexpected
weighted average price, page-18
