KARs bargaining power at the moment is shite - it is a price taker, not a price maker.
That said, KAR were able to pull off a pretty decent deal with Apache re Carnarvon which was surprising given KAR's rather desperate position.
I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised re the Browse farmout..
