I have never taken illegal drugs, I am on prescription medication. When you say add drugs do you mean attention deficit disorder? They are given amphetamine type drugs usually ritalin. I dont have wide experience of other people but my perception is clear, I need these drugs to function properly. I feel very strongly about this. Your advice of a vigorous exercise program is not helpful. I have done a heap of vigorous exercise, it almost certainly made things worse. Exercise is an antidepressant not helpful for disorders that are made worse by that class of medication. I am a God fearing man, Christians are a bit Jehovah lite for my liking.
