They are shorting. No other reason to be borrowing stock. I will certainly be pulling my 8.1 buy order in the morning as there could be more selling with people expecting it to go lower. Then again, now that it is out there, maybe they are just about done. Doesn't do a lot for buyer confidence in the short term though...
