KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LTD RE-ALIGNS EXECUTIVE TEAM
Kathmandu's Chairman David Kirk today announced changes to its Executive team
structure, enhancing the leadership team capability to support planned future
expansion across Australasia and internationally.
Executive Director Mark Todd, the Company's current Chief Financial Officer,
has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.
Mark will continue with his CFO responsibilities, and he now has oversight of
Kathmandu's key business transformation projects, associated with the
Company's rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics AX retail platform. This is in
addition to his existing role leading the Company's management teams across
the finance, supply chain, store and property leasing and store development
functions.
Associated with this change:
o Kathmandu's General Manager Finance, Reuben Casey will take over as Company
Secretary from Mark Todd on 1 August this year, and
o The reporting line and seniority for Kathmandu's General Manager Human
Resources position has been re-aligned. Rebecca Edwards previously reported
to the CFO. She now joins the Kathmandu Executive team and will report
directly to Chief Executive Officer, Peter Halkett.
