Fat Harry agrees that an obvious weakness is the fact that "n=1".
However, this is more than balanced by the ENORMITY of the result in that 3 doses of PAT-SM6 in combination with the other drugs shrank tumours both in bone marrow and outside bone marrow.
These tumours would have been composed of cells resistant to drugs previously tried, including Revlimid, which was tried again.
On top of that, consider that the man would have been in a weakened state.
A great result, both for the patient and for PAB.
