when cdb announce ann:
1. if things gone wrong, the sp will definitely go south
2. if only a decent ann --> i believe the sp will still decrease
So is there a chance if they put an ann and make the sp go up?
even if they say they have secured the funding, i doubt this
really need an explosive news.
anyway i dont hope all this bad things to happen
