Is it the option for BLR to take up to control Hansen. There is no vote here. Does BLR have the funds & capacity to exercise?

If Yes $7.5m at .006 per share is 1.25N shares..Probably not a good timeto take up the right to exercise?

Just need to find $1m to extend it for another 3 years (till 28/7/17), that only another 166M shares.
