You take this on too personal a level.

This is business & money, not a tit for tat, racking up imaginary points on a board.

To answer your question, it doesn't bother me one iota.

I don't hold as none of my questions re concerns for lack of funds, ability to progress mine (& side tracked by ablation), were never adequately answered.

So come July 2014 (2 months time) what do you do?

Exercise the option to own Hansen or don't. If you don't, (or more accurately can't) then BLR has next to assets.

Remember BLR only has $100k in kitty. A no vote will scuttle any chance of going forward.

$1.65m with a yes vote, get you how far toward production?

All BLR can do is pay the options extension fee, $1m in shares or 166M shares & re address situation in 3 years.

The points you make may or may not come to fruition. Will you even be able to get permits in place in the next 3 years before the full payment is due? Read the independent report again.

I do agree on one thing that the only way for BLR to continue is to assume the position & let Alex do as he pleases & shareholders be diluted in irrelevance.

    More to come.

ALex is fine he will now have 42% of BLR for a song.

Your fine with that? Then there is no problem.

There is a clear winner here. Does this document read as good news to you for mum & dad shareholders/investors??
