Options for not buying could be:
1. They expect it to go lower
2. They know there is no future prospects for CFE
3. They cannot buy because a deal is being negotiated
4. Like me - they have no cash
I'm still looking for a "feeling depressed" option in that Sentiment drop down. :-(
