Yes acorn, quite agree.
Like the idea of keeping both, leave one of each son. Lots of other consideration but it will be a little while before I do any thing so plenty of time to plan.
The 3 levels does make it a little difficult for older people thou I could do a low angle ramp way down the side for the bottom level.
Not sure on capital gains implications for the rented one, I've had the property since pre CGT could be a little complicated
Yeah see the point with depreciation, hmm when the time come I will have to look over it with the accountant
