The money from the raising midas well be split up and put directly into the directors pockets since there are no activities going on we don't need the money in the bank....just pay it straight out....talk about shareholders come last. You wont get a finer example than that, raise money with no work being done?? I rather raise the money axe staff.....we are already dormant so why not just do that without paying staff?? Of coarse not!!! Its not about the shareholders is it? Or there pockets...,its about someone else's pockets
