continuous lines being wiped indicated someone is accumulating.The volume is relatively low considering the rise.The movement of pbmd last night was very suspicious.After big volumes going through the share price was pegged back on very small volume.Looks to me to be an accumulation strategy and you are right it may happen today with prr.Not necessarily a bad thing if in fact it is a big boy playing games to accumulate.
What has been weird has been the share price not moving on recent announcements.
