Sorry Rick but, without trying to sound negative, past performance is not an indicator of future performance. Similarly, just because a company had raised capital in the past does not mean it will be able to do so again. Investors should scrutinise the company a lot more deeper than that when considering whether a company is still or remains solvent, particularly if it's a company in APG's precarious position.

There are hundreds of spec stocks that have a similar capital raising history as APG. This is not surprising given that about 1 in 10 spec stocks will actually survive. That's why stocks like this should never make up more than 5 percent of your portfolio. I recall seeing a post where someone had to sell shares to pay rent - that's ludicrous.

I'll give you one with a similar capital raising history...Metalstorm...look where they are now.

Also, I'm not sure how much blue sky is left in this stock. I think investors should be aware that this stock is not going to make you a millionaire. It might make you a couple hundred thousand if you have a few million shares but no more than that. Remember, there is undoubtedly going to be a share consolidation at some stage. These generally don't have a good effect on the share price even though theoretically it shouldn't make a difference. For the stock to really take off on a consistent path upward, there has to be sustainable growth rate (this is a fundamental parameter in any good valuation model). Sure, there will be an initial spike on the turn around of a profit but can management consistently grow the company? Not sure the directors have developed its strategy to do this.

Anyway, in no way am I trying to talk down the stock. This is just my view as an investor who has seen a lot of crap go down in some other high growth (high risk) portfolios. I don't think the company is beyond hope, wouldn't keep watching it if I thought that. If the stock takes off, great, we all win. If not, then I will own the consequences knowing that I informed myself fully of the risks and or did everything possible to get answers from management. This is one thing I think a lot of shareholders here don't do.

All I'm trying to say is KNOW THE RISKS.
