Your parents came at a good time for property and no doubt worked hard ... but those opportunities no longer exist at current prices.
Some lucky property investments in the past has done me very well, but trust me I have done my research now, those opportunities no longer exist. The numbers no longer add up, its a hiding to nowhere for anyone thinking that easy money is still there to be made.
