PS: Worst case scenario IMHO: Going to court and with the outcome that AGS will be remaining at 25% in a NON-WORKABLE relationship with a "partner". Then having to sell-off those 25% at a kind of "bargain" pricing (i.e. below $ 1.00) to someone wanting to deal with the Brothers. Or to the Brothers themselves. Or even worse: AGS or the Brothers initiating another round of legal proceedings (on technicalities) for a few more years ahead. Time will tell.
