TRADING HALT – RESONANCE HEALTH LIMITED (RHT)
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Resonance Health Limited (Resonance) request that ASX grants the
Company a trading halt of its securities effective immediately, 30 May 2014 pending a potential
corporate transaction.
Resonance requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of Resonance making the
announcement, or open of market on Tuesday 3 June.
Resonance confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
