It is always the same when a share comes up to a binary decision point . Everyone gets nervous and for either being out and fearful of missing the boat or being in and knowing a bad result will see a 50% capital lost in a minute. Biotech is high risk and the price action does and doesn't represent reality in something so thinly traded in Australia by so many who are poorly educated by broker reports and the company. Tree shakes and pumps do work as we are seeing.
ACL need to be very clear with their next 2 announcements and understand there are shareholders of all different education levels and really spell out what is going on and timeline for future events.
I dislike small holders not fully understanding the announcements and the gravity of what is in them especially when the brokers analysts are also poor at educating their clients.
I am surprised ACL has not updated the market about Fonda results, progress in phase 3 ( remaining number needed to get data lock and also remaining number still in trial as the big boys know that info) and other trials , phase 2 and partnerships so even if a the phase 3 has a poor outcome there is information out there so people understand it isn't a one trick pony. Not and announcement to cause a run up in price so much but enough detail so small holders realise they are not out of the loop. The small holders have funded a lot of what ACL has achieved and deserve ACL announcing what they already know rather than answering individual holders inquiries.
Step up to the plate ACL and tell us where we are at as presentations to professionals as listed in the company announcements without the audio and questions don't fully inform small holders where as a company the direction they are taking nor exactly where we are up to.
