Nutwood - The problem with UML is that Management's interests (salaries+perks) are not alighned with the interests of it's shareholders (shareprice+dividends)!
I suspect that Management is accruing the 55% of their salaries that they are currently foregoing!?! This is a standard trick employed by generally over-paid under-performing management!
