It would appear from all the posts that for people who purport to be investors that some reading of your States Real Estate Laws should be done
You either put your faith in Real Estate Agents(good luck with that) or you put in some solid study and know the correct laws

I was a real estate agent many years ago. Do you mean you were a Real Estate Salesman or a Real Estate Agent - BIG difference As an agent you have to study law and accountancy among other things, on usually a 3 year course, as a salesman you don't have to know anything
