R15, my take was the milling window was done by the completion rig not the drilling rig which makes me think for a later re-entry using the same well. I Found this for a reference - SLB Reentry Drilling.

PS: I should have said Hillstar not Northstar on the Masur Well but realise I got the old Northwind confused sorry
