‘Homeopen’ looks interesting, as do many of the new products being released. Many look better than the current offerings. For example, Nearmap has just launched ‘property intelligence tools’; it is not a direct competitor to ‘HomeOpen’ but they are competing for the real estate dollar. NEA is probably trying to take market share off ‘RP Data’ etc.
