I dont agree with it.
It will waste billions in tax dollars testing people, and doesnt change anything, heaps of people go to work high or do drugs on weekends.. lots of company owners do it too.

We should cancel mammograms, prostrate checks and the etc. because it costs Billions?
Bring in the testing.
