For investors like us timing may be wrong...but for the management the timing may be right...may be they know not to much expect from FAN 1 hence if they would have waited they would not have been able to get $0.04......lots of may be's......only time will tell.....if we get a negative announcement abt FAN1 in next couple of days then my doubts will be cleared abt why they did raising a week before FAN1 shows.....
