Very funny Justis, if you read my post you would realise it was revenue neutral or close to it. So unless you are agreeing with me I still believe we are in different dimensions.
The DAP could be revived to tackle real environmental issues such as degraded farmland, salinity, water harvesting, increasing organic carbon levels in soils, wildfire management and so on. If they take out the sensationalism of AGW they may be on a winner. I would be more than happy to see this plan develop into something more meaningful.
