    re: Ann: Clarification to announcement dated ... Not surprised to see this today, lawyers are probably sniffing around. Very aggressive wording targeted specifically at RP Data in the original release. Bit sloppy from NEA and not well thought through IMO, nothing wrong with being more generic and saying "competitors" and saving this sort of thing....
